Return & Refund Policy Overview

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 40 days from the date of delivery.

Approved returns receive a prepaid downloadable and printable return shipping label after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Customers should not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Approved refunds are processed within 21 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
