Orders placed before 19:00 PM (GMT-5) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

Once your order is placed, our team requires between 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare, verify, and package your items for shipment. Handling times may vary slightly during peak seasons or in cases of high order volumes, but we strive to minimize any delays.

Transit Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times depend on your shipping address and courier availability. Please note that weekends and U.S. public holidays are not counted as business days for delivery purposes.

Estimated Delivery Time

When combined, customers can expect their orders to arrive within an estimated window of 5–14 business days from the date of purchase. This includes both handling and transit time.

Shipping Cost
