Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Window

Customers have a 40-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@kaanle.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label that can be downloaded and printed for shipping.

Return Method and Shipping Costs

All returns and exchanges are processed by mail. No cost will be charged for return shipping — Kaanle provides free return labels for all eligible returns. Customers are responsible for securely packaging their items to prevent damage during shipment.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full refund amount for the returned item(s), provided they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days and issued using your original payment method.
You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

Currency

If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
